We ship real gear to real working dog owners across the United States. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order and how we handle returns.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Standard items ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Large or custom orders (crates, pens) process in 3–5 business days.
  • Orders placed Friday after 2 PM CT process next Monday.
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Oversized Items

  • Titan Crate, Guardian Pen and other large items ship via LTL freight.
  • Freight orders include liftgate service at no extra charge.
  • Delivery windows for freight are 7–14 business days.
  • Freight cost is calculated at checkout based on destination ZIP.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all hardware included.
  • Original packaging preferred but not required for most items.
  • Custom, engraved or special-order items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  • Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
  • Drop your package at any UPS or FedEx location.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, photograph it before opening further.
  • Email us photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement shipment at no cost to you.
  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.

Additional Shipping Information

Form K9 currently ships to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout and may differ from standard continental US pricing. We use a combination of UPS, FedEx and USPS depending on the size and destination of your package. For rural route deliveries in Pettis County and surrounding Missouri areas, please allow one additional business day for standard ground service.

PO Boxes are accepted for small accessories and apparel items only. Crates, pens, and large training equipment must be shipped to a physical address. If you're located near Sedalia, MO, please contact us about local pickup arrangements — we're happy to accommodate where possible.

For business and wholesale orders shipping to kennels, training facilities and grooming salons, we offer dedicated freight coordination and pallet shipping. If you're ordering 5 or more large units, reach out before placing your order so we can provide a freight quote directly from our warehouse. B2B clients typically see 20–35% savings on freight versus standard rates.

All shipments include $100 of coverage by default. For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout. Form K9 is not responsible for loss or damage once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, but we will assist with any carrier claims on your behalf at no charge.
